美元虽维持强势 但金价有所止跌
国际现货黄金截止至2018年7月13日3:00报1246.3美元/盎司，最高价为1248.6美元/盎司，最低价为1241.2美元/盎司，金价昨日维持弱势震荡。现货白银报15.94美元/盎司，白银呈现小幅反弹。
美元短期仍强势：中美贸易摩擦升级及特朗普炮轰北约欧洲成员国提振避险情绪，美元避险魅力得以激发本周展开反弹之势，不过这可能只是烟雾弹，鉴于美国减税政策的效应将在明年减弱，且财政赤字及结构性贸易赤字料扩大，未来或仍将拉低美元。
