美元再度攀升 黄金窄幅震荡
国际现货黄金截止至6月13日14:00收盘价为1295.7美元/盎司，早间现货黄金维持窄幅震荡走势，最高价为1296.1美元/盎司，最低价位1294.4美元/盎司，市场在美联储6月利率决议公布前波动较小。
欧银将退出宽松政策：德拉基发出欧洲央行将开始缩减债券购买计划的信号，对一些发展中国家来说，相比美联储前一天普遍预期的加息，这将是更大的一个危险。欧洲央行的缩减债券购买计划来得比预期要早，并可能预示着货币宽松政策时代的终结。宽松货币政策曾在金融危机后推动资金流入新兴市场，填补了新兴市场的经常账户赤字。
OPEC减产将结束：俄罗斯计划提议，允许OPEC及其盟友将原油产量恢复到2016年10月的水平，在3个月内取消大部分减产，但不是全部减产。最早从今年7月开始，各国将按比例接受每日180万桶的增量配额。但是，市场实际的原油供应增量将低于这个水平，因为委内瑞拉、安哥拉和墨西哥等一些国家无法增加原油供应。
