美国劳动力市场紧缩：上周美国初请失业金人数意外下降，表明劳动力市场状况进一步紧缩，劳动力市场接近或处于充分就业状态。由于有迹象显示，美国经济各个领域的工人短缺都在加剧，迅速收紧的劳动力市场环境和不断加剧的通胀，巩固了美联储下周将加息的预期。
欧银官员大放鹰派：欧洲央行首席经济学家普雷特表示，欧洲央行下周将讨论是否在今年稍晚结束购债计划；德国央行行长魏德曼称，有关欧洲央行将在今年年底前结束购债计划的预期似乎是合理的。此番言论超出市场预期，此前市场认为意大利政局动荡会促使欧洲央行在下周议息会议上对结束购债发表谨慎表态。
