伊朗局势前景扑朔迷离：据美国总统特朗普宣布，将重启对伊制裁。特朗普表示，如果允许伊朗核协议存在，很快将在中东出现核武竞赛，在逐步衰退的伊核协议之下，无法阻止伊朗无核化。对此，伊朗总统鲁哈尼回应称，在欧盟成员国进行谈判后，伊朗准备重启核活动。若有需要，伊朗将在三周后准备铀浓缩。从两边领导人发表的讲话内容来看，双方似乎都没有退让的意思。而这可能为日后中东局势愈发动荡埋下伏笔。据多数市场观察人士认为，特朗普宣布退出伊朗核协议为大概率事件，但他似乎没有为与伊朗进行谈判留有余地，整体讲话措辞比预期来的更加强硬。
