欧元大出血后待恢复元气：3月21日亚洲时段，欧元兑美元技术性反弹，美元指数回落，投资者在美联储利率决议出炉前继续调整仓位。上个交易日，欧元兑美元终盘暴跌0.75%，并刷新3月1日以来低点至1.2237，因德国3月景气指数骤降。
油价回升难拯救沙特经济：沙特王储萨勒曼本月开启外交首秀，引发市场关注。萨勒曼于3月20日抵达美国，并与美国总统特朗普会晤。萨勒曼此次访美的一个重要议题是伊朗。沙特近期可谓“内忧外患”。一方面，沙特与伊朗的紧张局势升级。另一方面，过去数日沙特信贷违约掉期（CDS）持续攀升。自2017年7月以来，沙特信贷风险首次超过卡塔尔信贷风险。
