金价突破上周四高位 晚间仍需关注“恐怖
现货黄金市场2018年3月14日14:00点整收于每盎司1328.7美元，最高点为1329.9美元/盎司，最低点为1324美元/盎司，整体金价于昨晚探低回升后，持续处于上攻态势，早间微涨约3美元/盎司。
比特币冲击银行业？：比特币和其它的加密数字货币有点像海市蜃楼，即使在世界上许多地方仍适用，但现金将不会成为唯一的支付方式。国际清算银行(BIS)的一项新研究显示，在25个主要国家中，非现金支付的规模几乎翻了一番。现金如今是人们获得由央行支持的货币的唯一途径。如果现金消失了的话，那么经济将完全依赖于商业银行的流动性。尽管发行央行数字货币(CBDC)可以解决这一风险，但它也可能破坏金融体系和经济目前运行的方式。CBDC也将挑战目前银行吸收客户存款的模式，为市场带来不稳定的新因素。
日银1月会议纪要出炉：日本央行在1月会议上保持货币政策不变。大多数委员都认为，日本央行必须坚持实施有力的宽松政策。但是，一些委员表示，日本央行必须考虑到该政策的潜在副作用，例如，多年来接近零水平的利率正减少金融机构的利润。另外，一名委员表示，如果日本的经济和物价状况持续改善，日本央行将需要考虑提高其收益率目标。这位委员还补充称，这样的举措将使央行的政策框架更具可持续性。
