欧央行利率维稳 黄金白银连续下跌
现货黄金市场2018年3月9日4点整收盘于每盎司1322美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，下跌1.5美元，现货白银收盘跌0.03，报16.47美元/盎司。
欧洲央行宣布维稳：周四欧洲央行宣布维持利率水平不变，并剔除“如果展望恶化，将增加购债规模或持续期限”的表述。市场一度将此举视为欧银将加速收紧货币政策的信号，提振欧元大涨。但此后，欧洲央行宣布下调2019年欧元区的通胀预期。欧银行长德拉基也表示，仍旧认为需要等待通胀持续上升的信号。此外，德拉基强调，下行风险与全球因素、外汇市场和贸易保护主义威胁有关。
加墨两国暂遭特朗普关税豁免：美国商务部长罗斯表示，通过在新关税上豁免加拿大和墨西哥，总统特朗普希望这两个国家在北美自由贸易协定（NAFTA）上与美国达成“公平”的协议。但对加拿大和墨西哥的关税豁免并非无限期的，取决于能否达成让特朗普满意的北美自由贸易协定。此外，其它国家有关税谈判的空间。
