脱欧分歧重创英镑：2月28日，欧盟委员会公布脱欧草案，对于欧盟的脱欧草案，英国首相特蕾莎·梅很快表达了反对立场，英镑大幅下跌。美国股市于2月28日下午盘的交易中大幅下挫，道琼斯指数周三收盘下跌381.70点，跌幅1.50%.本月收盘下跌4.28%，创近两年来美国股市最差单月表现。
EIA数据现重大利空震惊多头：美国WTI 4月原油期货电子盘价格2月28日收盘下跌1.46美元，跌幅2.32%，报61.55美元/桶。油价周二大幅收跌，因EIA原油库存增幅超预期，且汽油库存意外大增；同时，美国原油产量再创历史新高并接近俄罗斯产量。
