IMF主席警告各国准备应对变化：2月27日，IMF主席拉加德表示，全球经济体呈现出广泛的增长。但是，伴随着贸易纠纷、货币政策正常化和技术变革的风险加大，形势正在发生变化。她还表示，IMF预计2018年和2019年的全球经济增速将达到3.9%。
