鲍威尔新上任迎来考验：美联储1月政策会议结束时，美国股指接近纪录高位，市场波动几乎不存在，决策者谈论着在波澜不惊中迎来鲍威尔就任美联储主席。但鲍威尔正面对评估长期债券收益率上升的影响，以及特朗普政府税改和支出政策可能会刺激通胀超预期加速上升的风险。不过美元反弹短暂，后市或存在续跌的可能。
金多斯被提名为ECB副行长：2月19日欧元区财长提名西班牙经济部长路易斯德·金多斯(Luis de Guindos)为欧洲央行副行长，金多斯将在5月份接替现任欧洲央行副行长康斯坦西奥。此举可能会提高德国央行行长魏德曼明年接替德拉基成为欧洲央行行长的可能。
