截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格为1326.3美元/盎司，日内冲高至1328.4美元/盎司附近，最低下探至1321.1美元/盎司附近；现货白银震荡反弹，报16.62美元/盎司。
特朗普四万亿预算计划揭晓：2月12日，白宫公布4.4万亿美元联邦预算计划，提议2019财年美国国防预算为6860亿美元，创2010年来新高。边境安全方面，2019财年预计投入230亿美元，其中180亿美元用于修建美国与墨西哥边境墙。此外，计划提出，未来十年基建投入2000亿美元。预计十年内美国政府预算赤字将激增。
黑田连任日银行长概率大：分析认为，日本央行行长黑田东彦很有可能获得连任，但这并不意味着，他会永远将刺激政策维持下去。黑田东彦也已经证明，他有能力调整货币政策路径。就黑田需要做的所有工作看，最困难的部分还在前面。日本央行承担着一项艰难的任务，那就是承认日本经济亮点，同时还要让股东们相信，短期内不会取消任何大规模刺激措施。为应对怀疑论，日本央行停止讨论接下去发生的事情：向固定收益市场注入资金，将10年期日本国债收益率维持在零的水平。于此同时，日本央行还要坚持一点，即问题不在于政策，而在于不懂政策的那部分人群。
