英国脱欧风险大 欧行鹰管又发声
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格为1347.9美元/盎司，日内冲高至1352.2美元/盎司附近，最低下探至1346.2美元/盎司附近；现货白银震荡，报17.38美元/盎司。
脱欧使英国能源短缺风险加大：英国上议院欧盟委员会在1月29日发布的一份报告中表示：“英国脱欧很有可能降低能源贸易的效率，这可能反过来提高消费者为能源安全支付的费用。英国脱欧后，如果出现极端天气或计划外的发电中断，英国可能更容易出现能源供应短缺的情况。”主要政党的委员会表示，英国政府的脱欧谈判立场拒绝让欧洲法院发挥持久作用，这给英国留在欧盟能源市场带来了重大的政治和制度限制。议员们敦促政府在被迫离开欧盟市场的情况下，澄清其脱欧后的政策。
欧洲央行又一鹰派管委发声：欧洲央行管理委员会成员诺特最近在电视节目接受采访时表示，宽松政策已经实现了预期，欧洲央行必须尽快结束量化宽松政策，现在没有理由继续执行该计划。欧洲央行移除量化宽松政策的脚步越来越近。在2017年12月份的会议上，官员们提出在今年年初改变政策的预期，一些官员对在3月份迈出改变政策的第一步表示赞成。虽然欧洲央行行长德拉基在1月25日表示：对于通胀持续回升的信心有所增强，但迄今为止依然没有看到通胀的显著进展，因此改变宽松政策需要保持耐心。
