原油无视空头上涨 避险降低削弱多头

API利空突袭无碍油价两连阳：美国WTI 3月原油期货电子盘价格1月23日收盘上涨0.9美元，涨幅1.42%，报64.47美元/桶。油价周二收涨，布油更是一度突破70美元关口。因全球经济增长前景向好，且OPEC与非OPEC产油国继续减产的预期强烈。不过，尾盘阶段公布的API原油库存意外增加，令油价涨幅有所收窄。
欧银货币政策或添欧元新风向：1月23日，欧元兑美元汇率在美元下跌期间飙升至6天的高点1.2305。随后承压回落。截至当前，该指数为1.2278，当日上涨0.13%。市场渴望在欧洲央行的量化宽松计划结束时获得更早的期限，许多人希望欧洲央行能清楚地表明其政策改革的下一步举措。
