黄金头寸增加助攻金价：据标普GSCI整体回报指数与标普500股指价格相关性统计显示，大宗商品目前的估值水平徘徊于历史低点附近，这也意味着黄金等资产于2018年或有较大的上涨空间。统计结果可能预示了，大宗商品于2018起将开启一段大牛市。与此同时，对冲基金和基金经理的黄金净多头头寸也出现明显增加，从上周的20周低点上涨了3%。这将极大利好金市前景。
房市数据良好但存潜在风险：昨日公布的数据显示，美国10月20座大城市未季调房价指数年率为6.38%，好于预期的6.25%及前值6.16%。楼市数据表现良好，说明美国经济动能仍然强劲。但分析师认为，逐渐收紧的货币政策导致房贷成本升高，而薪资水平上涨缓慢，物价水平潜在上行，未来美国人购房意愿仍将可能下降。
