税改再生波折 金价保持震荡
国际现货黄金截止至12月15日4:00报1255.0美元/盎司，最高价为1258.9美元/盎司，最低价为1250.5美元/盎司，加息后金价保持震荡整理。现货白银报15.94美元/盎司，白银小幅回落，在16关口一线徘徊。
税改在签署前夕再起波折：特朗普去年在共和党内初选的主要竞争对手鲁比奥却意外提出了反对意见，称由于新税改案未能满足其在育儿退税方面的诉求,而他的观点也得到了犹他州共和党参议员迈克·李的支持，令当前在参院仅剩下一个多数席次的共和党能够继续推动税改闯关成功再度成疑。
欧元区决议维稳货币政策：欧洲央行公布新一期利率决议，维持各项政策参数不变。而且欧洲央行发布声明强调，若前景恶化或融资环境与通胀可持续性调整路径不一致，管委会将在期限和规模方面增加QE。关键利率将在较长的时间内维持现有水平，并超过净资产购买计划的时间。欧元体系将会继续购债项目下到期证券本金的再投资，这将持续至净资产购买项目结束之后，如果必要将持续更长时间。
