参议院通过税改议案 非美货币齐齐下跌
现货黄金市场2017年12月4日4点整收盘于每盎司1282.2美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，下跌7.5美元，现货白银收盘微涨0.04，报16.41美元/盎司。
美指报复性反弹：本周开盘，美元指数出现报复性上涨，大幅跳空高开后最高涨至93.10。这一强劲涨势与上周末，美国参议院通过了共和党的税改法案，以及前国家安全顾问弗林(Michael T. Flynn)有关通俄一事的剧情出现大幅反转不无关系。另外，本周五(12月8日)美国劳工部还将公布11月非农就业报告，目前市场给出了不错的预期，这也在某种程度上助推了美元指数的走势。于此相对，非美货币和现货黄金则出现了不同程度的下跌。
参议院通过重大税改议案：美国参议院上周六(12月2日)以51:49的微弱票选结果通过了税改议案，使得共和党人和总统特朗普朝他们的减税目标迈进了一大步。特朗普税改的目标是降低企业和富人税负，同时对普通美国民众的税负做出一系列调整。这次税改若落实，将成为1980年代以来美国税法最重大的改变，共和党人打算未来10年在20万亿美元现有国债基础上再增加1.4万亿美元，来为这些改变买单。他们表示，税改将进一步提振已处在增长中的经济。
