会议纪要结果出炉 黄金未受影响
现货黄金市场2017年11月23日4点整收盘于每盎司1294美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，上涨9.5美元，现货白银收盘微涨0.2，报17.15美元/盎司。
11月货币政策会议纪要出炉：北京时间周四美联储11月货币政策会议纪要出炉，其中显示，大部分与会委员预计美联储将在短期加息。会议纪要还显示，大多委员们认为经济势将强劲增长，美国国会通过大规模减税的可能性增强，这会带动企业投资，美联储在此次会议上维持利率不变。尽美联储相关发言人表示，在决定加息时机前，他们仍需要看到更多数据。但许多委员表示，失业率看来过低，使得通胀不会保持在目前的疲弱水准。美联储在会议纪要中指出，根据参加会议的委员预计，消费者支出短期内将稳健增长，受就业市场持续强劲支撑，许多委员都认为，有必要在短期内再次上调联邦基金利率目标区间。
油价升至两年高位：周三油价收在两年高位，因从加拿大向美国输送原油的最大输油管之一关闭，导致向美国的输油量减少。美国原油期货收高1.19美元或2.09%，结算价报58.02美元/桶。为2015年7月来最高结算价，因投资人担心Keystone输油管关闭，且周二晚美国石油协会公布上周美国原油库存骤降640万桶。布兰特原油期货收高0.75美元或1.2%，报63.32美元/桶。
