会议纪要前夕 黄金低位微升
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格开盘为1280.6美元/盎司，日内最高价为1282.2美元，最低价位1279美元，日内呈震荡走势。
OPEC及俄罗斯减产支撑油价：OPEC和以俄罗斯为首的非OPEC产油国自年初以来一起减产，以削减全球过剩的库存并提振油价。减产协议将于2018年3月到期，但OPEC将在11月30日开会讨论是否延长该协议。全球库存尽管近期下降但依然处于高位，OPEC料将同意延长减产协议，但外界也怀疑部分参与国继续限产的意愿。摩根大通在周二晚发布的2018年大宗商品展望报告中称，在OPEC-非OPEC产油国延长实施减产的支持下，2018年油市将是平衡的。但该行补充说，没有延长减产的话，市场将处于过剩状态。
美国通胀率低于2%目标：美联储主席耶伦的任期将于2018年2月份结束，已经为时不远。她最近表示，美联储面临的最大挑战之一仍是低于2%目标的通胀率。耶伦称，虽然在2017年之前的低通胀并不是一个“谜”，但她认为今年的情况令人感到惊讶。她引用了暂时性的因素，认为这可能抑制了通胀率。耶伦预期明年物价将出现反弹，但对近期物价疲软的情况并不确定。但是，她也表示美联储正在密切关注通胀情况，可能会发生更普遍和持久的情况，值得对此保持留意。
