税改法案投票通过 黄金反应平淡
现货黄金市场2017年11月17日3点整收盘于每盎司1278.4美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，微涨0.3美元，现货白银收盘微涨0.09，报17.06美元/盎司。
众议院通过税改：周四美国众议院版本税改议案获得通过，投票结果为227票赞成205票反对。显示了共和党在众议院多数优势较明显，投票结果符合预期，也使得市场反应不大。下一步，税改将迎来关键战役，即参议院版本税改投票。由于参议院共和党仅微弱优势，且争议条款如推迟降低企业税，废除奥巴马医改强制医保等条款可能受到共和党内部反对，因此参议院投票结果变数较大，也使得众议院结果出炉后，市场仍趋于谨慎，预计参议院投票将于美国感恩节之后进行。
美国原油产量升高引发忧虑：两大指标原油均从上周触及的两年高位回落，因有迹象显示，美国供应增加，可能破坏石油输出国组织(OPEC)收紧市场供应的努力。国际能源署(IEA)下调2017和2018年原油需求增速预期后，对石油消费的担忧也开始升温。美国能源信息署(EIA)周三称，截至11月10日当周，美国原油库存连续第二周增长，增加了190万桶，汽油库存也意外增长。IEA周四称，预计美国占未来10年原油供应增长的逾80%，周度数据显示产量持续增长。美国原油产量达到创纪录的每日965万桶，意味着产量较2016年年中低位增长了近15%。
