加泰领导人现身比利时：西班牙国家检察官上周五(10月27日)以叛乱罪名起诉加泰罗尼亚领导人普伊格蒙特，被废黜的普伊格蒙特则在此前被传已经出逃。而周二(10月31日)，普伊格蒙特高调出现在比利时首都布鲁塞尔的状况也部分证实了坊间传闻。但他本人表示，此行的目的不是为了逃脱法律制裁、寻求庇护，只想把加泰罗尼亚问题放在欧盟框架下来加以申诉。
