美国税改议案遭反对 西班牙启动155宪法

利益集团反对税改议案：美国总统特朗普改革美国税制的计划上周日遭到利益集团愈发强烈的反对。共和党准备公布对税制的全面改革议案，可能消除其中部分最受欢迎的减税条款，以帮助弥补降低税率造成的收入减少。在美国众议院占多数席次的共和党周三前不会公布他们的提案。但全美住宅建筑商协会因不满其调整住房抵押贷款扣减的条款，誓言要挫败该提案，与此同时，共和党领袖试图缓和其可能调整个人退休金储蓄以及州和地方税收支付条款所遭遇的反对。
西班牙或采取强制措施：据新华社，西班牙首相拉霍伊27日晚发表电视讲话，宣布解除加泰罗尼亚自治区主席普伊格德蒙特职务，解散自治区议会，并宣布12月21日举行自治区选举。拉霍伊在讲话中还宣布了其他强制措施，包括解除加泰罗尼亚自治区政府所有官员职务、解除自治区警方负责人职务以及关闭自治区驻外国代表处等。拉霍伊表示，加泰罗尼亚自治区议会非法宣布独立的行为是“犯罪”。他同时呼吁全体西班牙人保持镇定，加泰罗尼亚自治区会“回归法治”。西班牙参议院随后召开紧急会议，通过了启动宪法第155条、授权中央政府采取一切必要行动捍卫国家统一的决议。拉霍伊随后召开内阁会议讨论具体措施。
