EIA喜忧参半难阻多头：美国WTI 11月原油期货电子盘价格9月20日收盘上涨0.44美元，涨幅0.88%，报50.72美元/桶。尽管EIA原油库存增幅超预期，但油价周三仍上涨，因伊拉克油长称，OPEC以及其他成员国正考虑延长减产协议或进一步加大减产力度。
