全球金融市场“天灾人祸”不断：全球金融市场在周二再度遭到“天灾人祸”的双料打击。美国的近邻墨西哥时隔不到两周再度遭到破坏性大地震的打击，与此同时，飓风“何塞”北上侵袭纽约都市区，而升格至五级的新一轮超强飓风“玛丽亚”则再度肆虐加勒比海。另一方面，美国总统特朗普在联合国讲话中终于对朝鲜当局予以了不留情面的抨击，令朝鲜驻联合国大使愤然起身离场，而此前刚刚平静下来的国际金融市场上又掀起了波澜。
市场静待美联储会议：美元兑一篮子主要货币周二走软，美联储决策者周二开始举行政策会议，预计将决定缩减所持4.2万亿美元债券。特朗普在联大的讲话吸引了眼球，但对市场没有影响。美联储可能进一步撤走刺激措施今年并未抑制美元颓势，因其他主要央行也在考虑放缓购债或升息等举措。分析师普遍预期，美联储决策者将在周三两日会议结束后宣布在10月开始减少每月购债。他们预计美联储官员将保留在12月12-13日会议上再度加息的可能性。
