特朗普税改将在年底前杀青：美国财长努钦本周二称，特朗普政府正在考虑将税改的实际生效日期追溯到2017年年初以提振美国的经济。努钦在CNBC和《机构投资者》杂志联合主办的Delivering Alpha大会上称，追溯日仍是他们正在考虑的事，这将给经济带来非常大的利益。共和党人的目标是对美国税法进行全面改革，但他们意欲在今年通过一项税改法案的计划却面临着诸多障碍。
英银9月鹰派维稳几率骤升：周三亚市盘中，英镑兑美元上破1.33关口，刷新2016年9月来新高1.3315，现略微回落，交投于1.3308一线。周二公布的英国8月CPI数据好于预期，令市场对英国央行加息预期升温。北京时间周四19:00英国央行将公布9月利率决议和货币政策会议纪要，巴克莱银行和美银美林均预计其鹰派维稳，或为英镑提供部分支撑
