美国劳动节休市 英国脱欧前恐难加息

脱欧谈判停滞不前英国恐难加息：周一荷兰合作银行指出，欧洲央行并不是唯一一家监测汇率表现的央行，英国央行也提醒市场，其并未忽视英镑的贬值，具体观点如下。英国央行料按兵不动，直至2018年底，因“英国脱欧”相关的不确定性将拖累私人消费和投资。换句话说，英镑再度大跌将提升英国央行提前加息的几率。英国央行将于下周四公布9月利率决议，需关注。当前英国脱欧谈判并未取得实质性的进展。英国脱欧谈判以2018年10月为达成协议草案的最后期限，接下来需要英国国会和欧洲议会通过。依日程计划，英国将在2019年3月正式和欧盟分道扬镳。
哈维过后飓风伊尔玛光顾美国：美国墨西哥湾遭受飓风“哈维”重创，令当地重要的支柱产业石油业瘫痪至今。而雪上加霜的是，在“哈维”的影响刚刚趋于平息之后，又一个热带风暴“伊尔玛”已在加勒比海生成，并可能对美国南部沿岸的采油与炼油工业造成进一步的摧残和打击。美国最大汽车燃料油承运商在上周三发表声明称：由于哈维飓风影响，将立即关闭柴油和喷气燃料运输渠道，此后，还于上周四关闭汽油运输管道，且决定延迟开放。该公司原本计划于上周日重启从休斯顿到得克萨斯州赫伯特的部分业务。该公司表示，计划在本周一重新开放馏分油生产线。
