特朗普给美元打强心针 金价重回1300
现货黄金市场2017年8月31日4点整收于每盎司1308美元，较前一交易日相比，基本无涨跌，市场观望情绪依然浓厚。
特朗普力推税改：今天凌晨美国总统特朗普在税收改革演讲中将其称为促进经济增长和就业机会的关键，并呼吁国会支持税改，以彻底改革美国的体制。税改将削减商业和个人税率作为他的目标，以大幅提高美国GDP和创造美国就业机会。特朗普声称，如果美国不改变现有的税收体系，美国经济以及美国的就业将偏离原有的轨道，甚至出现衰落。
强势欧元危及区内经济：欧洲政策研究中心称，近期欧元的强势可能会令经济恢复中断。若欧元兑美元继续攀升，就将对欧元区内脆弱的经济体构成威胁。这些地方的经济仍处于2011年欧债危机以来逐步恢复的状态。可见欧元兑美元的攀升并非欧洲央行真正想看到的状况。
