原油涨幅收窄 美元美股齐涨
现货黄金市场2017年8月23日4点整收盘于每盎司1285.4美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，下跌6美元，现货白银微跌0.01美元，4点收盘价报16.97美元/盎司。
原油库存下降利好失效：美国WTI 10月原油期货电子盘价格8月22日收盘上涨0.06美元，涨幅0.13%，报47.63美元/桶；油价周二微涨，受美国原油库存再次下降预期提振；但涨幅受限，因利比亚最大油田恢复运营；同时，电子盘尾盘公布的API汽油库存再度意外增加，令美油涨幅进一步收窄。
特朗普税改前景峰回路转：国际金融市场在周二出现了戏剧性的反转，此前因为美韩军演而再度短暂升温的朝核危机顾虑再度消散，而投资者目光转而开始关注此后即将在9月开始的美国国会财政大谈判，在各界对于特朗普税改议题重新抱有乐观预期的状况下，久违的美元与美股齐涨局面再度出现。
