金价高位整理 仍有望上破1300
截止至北京时间8月18日14:00整，国际现货黄金报价为1287.2美元/盎司，日内最高价为1289.0美元/盎司，最低价为1284.3美元/盎司，总体保持高位整理形态，有效区间参考1280-1290，多头势能较为稳固，一旦向上打开空间，大概率将回归1300上方，但因濒临年内高点，有效突破尚需时间。
小摩认为市场错估FED12加息可能性：近期美国通胀表现不佳，且美联储多数官员也对此表示忧虑，再加上周四公布的货币政策会议纪要明显偏于鸽派。市场的平衡定价显示，美联储今年不太可能再次加息。但摩根大通资产管理公司表示，对中期和长期的通胀水平较为乐观，认为市场正在错误估计美联储12月再次加息的可能性。
OPEC减产执行率连续两月不达标：OPEC减产执行率连续两月低于90%，该组织旨在终结全球原油供应过剩的努力似乎陷入停滞状态。包括沙特在内的一些国家的原油产量略高于其生产计划；享有减产豁免权的利比亚和尼日利亚原油产量剧增；伊拉克和阿尔及利亚等国尚未按承诺削减供应。这显然助跌近期油价，未来关注OPEC 8月21日在维也纳召开的减产监督委员会会议。
