黄金持续走高 港元大幅拉升
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格开盘为1278.7美元/盎司，日内最高价为1277.8美元，最低价位1274.4美元，日内呈现震荡拉升走势。
港元从十年低位大幅拉升：年初以来，美元兑港元持续走强，从低位7.75附近开始，一度挑战去年年初的高位7.83。香港金管局随即宣布增发外汇基金票据，从银行体系抽走400亿元流动性，规模是近年最大的一次。另一方面，传言香港金管局近日积极向三大发钞行”问价”，市场解读为将出招干预汇市，港汇应声从低位反弹，美元兑港元跌穿7.82水平。
“不倒翁”祖马赢得信任投票：南非总统祖马自2009年上任以来一直卷入腐败指控。但本周二在议会的不信任投票中又闯关成功，获得了执政的非洲人国民大会的支持。结果，非国大议员以198名议员对不信任案投了反对票,177名议员表示支持，9人弃权的微弱优势击败了反对党提出的不信任案动议，祖马因此将担任党主席到年底，并将担任总统到2019年任满。尽管由于祖马受到腐败指控以及南非的经济处于持续衰退状态的原因使得许多人投了不信任票。但这位现年75岁的领导人仍然战胜了针对自己的不信任案。接下来祖马将面对的挑战是年底非国全国大会的换届选举。按计划，祖马将在2019年任期届满后退休。
