多头情绪浓厚 金价高位震荡
现货黄金市场2017年7月31日14点整报每盎司1268.5美元，最高价为1270.3，开盘价为1270，下跌了1.5美元。现货白银下跌了0.06美元，报16.71美元/盎司。
英国央行料难以加息：英国央行8月3日将公布利率决议；市场认为，尽管经济增长放缓，但由于通胀上升和失业率下降，英国央行近期已经变得更加鹰派；不过针对现阶段脱欧的阻滞，2019年之前，英国央行料都不会加息。
原油仍保持强劲走势：7月31日亚市盘初，油价微幅震荡。油价上周涨逾9%，但市场仍对油价持“谨慎乐观”的态度，并认为油价进一步反弹需要基本面的持续改善。不过，委内瑞拉地缘政治风险短期内或进一步利好油价。
