美联储申明偏鸽：美联储7月27日凌晨维持联邦基金利率在1%-1.25%不变，一如市场预期。在政策声明中，美联储措辞基调略偏鸽派，美联储在对经济展望表达乐观观点的同时，也承认当前通胀仍然偏低，并将密切关注通胀形势。此外，美联储还强调将相对迅速的缩表。此次决议声明获得FOMC一致投票通过。
