特朗普看上前财政部高官：美国白宫在北京时间7月11日早晨表示，总统特朗普将提名前总统布什任内的财政部高级官员夸尔斯，出任美联储负责银行业监管的副主席。如果这一消息得到证实，夸尔斯将成为寻求放松金融监管的美国政府任命的首位美联储官员。
OPEC有望深化减产：石油经纪公司PVM认为，油市目前处于困境，油价似乎会再次下跌。几个主要石油输出国组织(OPEC)产油国的油长将于7月24日在俄罗斯圣彼得堡与与非OPEC产油国俄罗斯会晤，讨论油市。俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克周一表示，OPEC与非OPEC国家可以在必要时加大减产力度并延长减产协议。
