鸽派女王耶伦本色出演：美联储主席耶伦在英国伦敦参加“全球经济事务”会谈。耶伦在会谈上发表了公开言论。在本次会谈中，耶伦主要对银行业系统和金融体系安全的问题发表了观点。对于本次耶伦对经济前景的观点，对比6月中旬她在政策决议之后的发言，耶伦的观点显得更加谨慎和鸽派。耶伦认为美联储的升息和缩表将是循序渐进的，她表示，美国的生产力增速放缓，实际收入停滞不前，通胀预期也有所下滑，因此低利率还将维持一段时间。
API原油库存大增施压油价：周三亚市盘初，油价震荡下跌。布伦特原油9月期货交投于46.66美元/桶附近，跌幅约为0.55%。美国API原油库存和精炼油库存增幅超预期，进一步加剧市场对原油供给过剩的忧虑情绪，令油价承压下跌。若即将公布的EIA原油库存与API原油库存走势一致，将进一步加剧市场的悲观情绪。
