议息会议期间 黄金持续震荡
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格开盘为1265美元/盎司，日内最高价为1266.8美元，最低价位1262.6美元，日内呈现震荡走势。
欧洲央行或将延长QE：法国兴业银行表示，预期欧洲央行将在2019年继续其债券购买计划，即量化宽松(QE)政策，尽管其在最近一次政策会议上宣布，欧元区经济增长前景目前看来“大体平衡”。欧洲央行在分析欧元区经济前景时使用了温和的语调，而这正值其6月8日公布最新一次的利率决定之际。但是，今年第三季度欧洲央行扩大量化宽松资产购买计划的可能性越来越高。
多头信心不足油价冲高回落：美国WTI 7月原油期货电子盘价格周一收盘上涨0.10美元，涨幅0.22%，报46.0美元/桶。美油周一之所以冲高回落，因早盘有迹象显示美国原油库存减少，且有消息称沙特将在7月限制向部分亚洲买家的出口量，并大幅削减向美国的出口，这两条利好消息刺激油价一度上涨近2%；但此后投资者对美国石油钻井连增21周的担忧限制了油价的升势。
