空头发飙油价遭沉重打击：美原油周三收盘下跌0.99美元，跌幅1.99%，报48.64美元/桶。油价周三急挫近2%至三周低位，利比亚由于技术原因减产的油田恢复产量，投资者担忧石油输出国组织(OPEC)为降低全球原油库存而牵头的减产协议会被未参与协议的产油国所破坏。
