美联储官员偏鹰 今年保持加息步伐：美国旧金山联储主席威廉姆斯周二表示，美联储2017年应加息三至四次，并于今年底开始缩减美联储巨额资产负债表。威廉姆斯在接受采访时表示，我们需要进一步提高基准利率，并将在今年和明年将利率恢复到正常水平；同时，我们也应该在今年年底开始缩减资产负债表。
