医保法案遇阻 市场担忧特朗普立法能力：共和党选择放弃奥巴马医保替代方案，之前推高美元、美股和美国国债收益率的“特朗普行情”面临困境；特朗普提出的医保法案在国会受阻，对其本人与共和党而言都是重大挫折，也令接下来的减税政策蒙上阴影。
英国启动脱欧 苏格兰欲独立：首相特雷莎·梅将于3月29日宣布启动《里斯本条约》第50条、正式开启英国“脱欧”程序，政治不确定性有所下降，不过苏格兰议会将于3月28日对苏格兰独立公投事宜进行辩论，届时将就苏格兰政府是否能为公投寻求法律依据进行投票表决，潜在政治风险仍不容忽视。
