特朗普讲话无新意 黄金波澜不兴
截止至今日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1244.4美元/盎司，最高价为1257.8美元，最低价为1242.3美元，下跌了1.7美元，跌幅0.15%。
特朗普国会讲话“炒冷饭”：周三上午10点，特朗普在国会发表讲话，称美国正处于65年来最糟糕的金融复苏中，讲话重点涵盖了奥巴马医保、基础建设支出，税改、移民等政策以及美国的防务问题，但没过披露相关细节，因此，虽然美指暂时收复了跌势，但黄金的反应却相较平淡，整体波动约6美元。
中国制造业保持稳中向好的发展：周三公布数据显示，中国2月官方制造业PMI为51.6%，比上月上升0.3个百分点，创近三个月高点，中国财新制造业PMI升至51.7，分项数据中，新出口订单指数由1月的52.9升至53.8，创2014年9月以来新高。这两份数据反映出中国制造业持续改善，中国经济逐步复苏，这对人民币构成利好，使人民币兑美元汇率跌幅受限。
