ADP表现不佳 黄金上冲1300
现货黄金市场2016年11月3日4点整收于每盎司1295.9美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨了18.7美元，涨幅1.42%。现货白银较前一交易日上涨0.82%，报18.47美元。
10月“小非农”表现令人失望：数据处理公司ADP周三公布的数据显示，美国10月ADP就业人数增加14.7万，低于预期的16.5万，同时，9月ADP就业人数增幅从15.4万上修至20.2万，ADP就业人数增幅逊于市场预期，意味着周五的非农报告也不乐观，这对美元构成利空，从而为黄金提供上涨动能，隔夜金价再度站上1300，日内涨幅超过1%。
美联储维持利率不变：周三美联储宣布维持利率不变，美联储称目前就业市场稳定，加息环境继续得到改善，预计未来经济走势将支持渐进式加息的做法，略偏“鹰派”的言辞似乎表明12月加息已箭在弦上，目前距离美国大选不到两周的时间，无论特朗普还是希拉里当选总统，不确定性将会继续存在，在后市中，黄金仍将会得到避险的支撑。
