美成屋销售大增 黄金承压下跌
现货黄金市场2016年6月22日24点整收于每盎司1265.8美元，与昨日收盘持平。现货白银较前一交易日上涨了0.11%，报17.26美元。
美国成屋销售创下9年来新高：全美地产经纪商协会周三公布的数据显示，美国5月成屋销售月率增加1.8%，年率为553万户，创下2007年2月以来的最高水平。该数据表明尽管上个月就业增长大幅放缓，但美国经济仍然强劲，这对美联储加息构成利好，从而提振美元，使黄金承压。
加拿大4月零售销售月率好于预期：加拿大周三公布数据显示，加拿大4月零售销售月率为0.9%，符合预期，前值为-0.8%；4月核心零售销售月率为1.3%，好于预期的0.6%，前值为-0.1。加拿大4月零售销售月率符合预期且有有所上升，逆转了此前几个月的跌势，表明加拿大经济发展向好，这对加元构成利好，打压美元兑加元跌至12天低点，从而间接为黄金提供支撑。
