美国PMI靓丽 黄金小幅下跌
现货黄金市场2016年6月1日24点整收于每盎司1213.1美元，较前一交易日相比，下跌了1.5美元，跌幅0.81%。现货白银较前一交易日下跌了0.06%，报15.96美元。
美国5月制造业PMI靓丽：供应管理协会周三公布最新数据显示，美国5月制造业PMI增长0.5%，至51.3，好于预期的50.4以及前值50.8，标明美国5月制造业活动继续扩张，这有利于美国的经济复苏，从而利好美元，打压黄金，数据公布后，黄金跌幅被进一步拉大。
5月美国金币销量同比增206%：据美国铸币局最新数据显示，5月起金币销量总计达到了9.5万盎司，同比去年的3.1万盎司大增206%。从美国铸币局的数据来看，5月通常是相对销量疲软的月份，但今年5月的销量却是2011年以来最强劲的一次。美国金币销量强劲，表明当前美国实物黄金需求旺盛，这为国际金价提供了部分支撑，限制了金价的跌幅。
