期金净多续增 金价企稳1250
现货黄金市场2016年5月20日24点整收于每盎司1251.6美元，较前一交易日相比，下跌2.5美元，跌幅0.20%。现货白银较前一交易日上涨了0.24%，报16.52美元。
黄金净多头头寸增加：美国CFTC 5月20日公布的周度报告显示，截至5月17日当周，对冲基金和基金经理增持黄金净多头头寸，数据显示，纽约黄金投机净多头头寸增加1767手，至227651手。黄金净多头头寸增加，表明当前市场对黄金的需求依然强劲，这为黄金提供了坚实的支撑，从而使国际金价企稳1250上方。
美国4月成屋销售月率增加1.7%：全美地产经纪商协会周五公布的数据显示，美国4月NAR季调后成屋销售月率增加1.7%，预估为增加1.3%，年率为545万户，预估为540万户。而美国3月NAR季调后成屋销售月率确认为增长5.7%，年率为536万户。4月成屋销售增幅大于预期，表明美国经济在第二季度继续重拾增长动能，这为美联储加息提供了依据，从而利好美元，利空黄金，数据公布后，国际金价小幅下挫。
