美国新屋销售下滑 助涨金价
现货黄金市场2016年4月25日24点整收于每盎司1237.2美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨5.9美元，涨幅0.48%。现货白银较前一交易日上涨了0.36%，报16.95美元。
黄金ETF持仓遭减2.38吨：全球最大的黄金ETF周一减持了黄金持仓量，较前一交易日相比，黄金仓位减少2.38吨，至802.65吨。黄金ETF现流出，对黄金构成利空，从而增大了国际金价上方压力，使金价涨幅受限。
美国3月新屋销售下跌1.5%：美国商务部周一公布的数据显示，美国3月新屋销售环比下跌1.5%，预期上涨1%，前值上涨2%，修正值为下降0.4%。美国3月新屋销售意外下降，表明美国楼市景气状况下降，这对美元构成利空，从而小幅推高金价。
