美国楼市遇冷 黄金一路攀升
现货黄金市场2016年4月19日24点整收于每盎司1250.5美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨18.9美元，涨幅1.53%。现货白银较前一交易日下跌了4.46%，报16.88美元。
美国新屋数据骤降：周二公布的数据显示，美国3月新屋开工数量均低于预期，环比8.8%的跌幅令市场意外。新屋数据骤降，显示出美国楼市遇冷，这其实也是美国一季度经济增长大幅放缓的迹象之一，欠佳的数据使疲软的美元再受打击，从而对黄金构成利好，再度拉升金价。
退欧风险缓解拯救英镑：4月19日，英国央行行长卡尼表示，英国央行意识到了信贷快速增长的风险，英国央行会加强银行的改革。退欧公投为国内金融稳定带来巨大风险。注意到与公投相关的英国宏观经济前景，越来越不确定的迹象。无论退欧公投的结果如何，货币政策委员会将会利用其工具，来完成通胀任务，这提振了英镑兑美元汇率，从而对美元构成一定压力，进而间接为黄金提供支撑。
