成屋销售欠佳 黄金大幅上涨
黄金期货市场2016年3月黄金期价2月29日收于每盎司1239.3美元，比前一交易日上涨了10.9美元，涨幅为1.35%。白银期货较前一交易日上涨了1.5%，报14.90美元。
央妈意外降准：中国央行周一意外宣布，下调金融机构人民币存款准备金率0.5个百分点。此次下调之后，中国存款准备金率为17%。在中国央行宣布降准之后，金融市场随即剧烈波动，新加坡新华富时A50期指短线收复3%的跌幅，至平盘附近，港股方面，恒生国企指数期货涨1%，恒指期货涨0.7%。中国降准刺激股市回温，一定程度上打压了黄金的避险需求，从而使国际金价短线下挫近10美元。
美国成屋销售下降：全国地产经纪商协会周一公布的数据显示，美国1月NAR季调后成屋签约销售指数月率，环比下降2.5%至106.0，预估为增长0.5%，前值从0.1%修正为0.9%。而美国1月NAR季调后成屋签约销售指数年率，同比减少0.9%，前值为增长3.1%。成屋签约销售表现远逊于预期，月率创2013年末以来最大跌幅，意味着美国房屋购买力将呈疲态，这不利于美国经济增长，从而利空美元，利好黄金。
