QE规模不变 黄金回升
黄金期货市场2016年1月黄金期价12月3日收于每盎司1061.4美元，比前一交易日上涨了8.4美元，涨幅为0.8%。白银期货上涨了0.72%，报14.07美元。
欧洲央行意外提供支撑：12月3日,欧洲央行如期下调存款利率，但维持主要再融资利率于0.05%不变，符合市场预期，另外，德拉基宣布延长QE至2017年3月，扩大资产购买的范围，但是没有增加每个月的购债规模。欧央行维持主要再融资利率以及没有扩大QE规模的决定，与市场预期几乎相反，这促使了欧元的空头回补，从而助涨美元兑欧元汇率，进而使美元承压，间接提振国际金价反弹。
上周初请人数达26.9万：12月3日，美国劳工部公布的数据显示，美国11月28日当周初请失业金人数为26.9万，符合预期，尽管比起前值26.0万上升0.9万，然而仍然处在40年低点附近，这已是连续第39周低于30万人，同时也是40多年来持续时间最长的一次。初请失业金人数持续低于30万人，表明美国劳动力市场发展十分强劲，这依然为加息提供有力依据，从而使黄金承压，限制国际金价涨幅。
