官员提振加息 黄金继续承压
黄金期货市场2015年12月黄金期价11月18日收于每盎司1069.5美元，比前一交易日上涨了0.2美元，涨幅为0.02%。白银期货下跌了0.07%，报14.13美元。
美联储官员撒鹰：11月18日纽约会议上，亚特兰大联储主席洛克哈特表示，根据他对当前状况的解读以及他对未来前景的观点，他认为尽早开启新的政策阶段是适当的。杜德利则表示，他期待着美联储可以加息的那一天，并试图向大众说明收紧货币政策的决定是对美国经济充满信心的标志。尽管联储官员没有承诺将在12月的政策会议上加息，但本次的讲话进一步强化了加息的预期，从而促使美元继续维持高位，打压黄金，限制国际金价反弹幅度。
美国10月新屋开工大幅下降：美国商务部11月18日公布的数据显示，美国10月新屋开工数量降至七个月最低水平，具体数据显示，美国10月新屋开工年化月率下降11.0%，降幅大于市场预期的3.8%，前值由上升6.5%修正为上升6.7%；10月新屋开工总数年化降至106.0万户，创自3月来最低水平。因美国南方地区单户型住宅开工活动大幅下降，美国新屋开工数据表现欠佳，不过新屋开工总数连续七个月高于100万户，依然表明房屋在持续复苏，这对美元构成利好，从而使黄金继续承压，因而国际金价于昨日美盘维持低位震荡。
