欧股大涨逾2%：因欧洲央行表示维持其宽松货币计划不变，且将在12月政策会议上再评估是否需要进一步放宽政策，欧洲股市周四大涨，泛欧绩优股300指数大幅收高2.1%，欧元区绩优斯托克50指数攀升2.5%，英股富时100指数收升0.44%，法国CAC 40指数上扬2.28%。欧洲股市大涨，提振了市场风险情绪，从而削弱了市场对黄金避险的需求，进而使国际金价承压。
美国成屋销售反弹：美国周四公布的数据显示，美国9月成屋销售经季调后环比增长4.7%，年化总数达555万套，创下自2007年2月以来第二高水平，较去年同期增长8.8%。美国成屋销售数据大幅高于前值-5.0%，显示出美国房市发展强劲，这对美国经济构成利好，从而增大了美国年内升息的预期，利好美元，从而对黄金构成利空。
