中国CPI下滑 黄金小幅上涨
截止至今日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1173.3美元/盎司，最高价为1174.4美元，最低价为1166.2美元，上涨了6美元，涨幅为0.5%。
美国也处于通缩边缘：虽然近期市场讨论的焦点是欧元区和部分新兴市场的通缩风险，但事实上美国目前也已经处于通缩边缘。圣路易斯联储在报告中表示：过去8个月美国所有的价格上涨都来自西部。根据该报告，不包括西部地区在内，美国8月以CPI衡量的通胀年率应该是-0.19%，而不是0.2%。美国低通胀及通缩的可能性或许给美联储构成较大的难题，尤其是在货币政策的制定中，这份报告显示的低通胀，很可能会对升息造成较大的压力，从而使美联储推迟到明年加息，这对美元构成较大的利空，从而有力提振黄金。
中国9月居民消费价格指数欠佳：中国统计局周三公布数据显示，中国9月居民消费品价格指数年率1.6%，低于前值2%，且不及预期1.8%。CPI年率表现欠佳，显示出当前中国经济增速放缓，这很可能会使市场对中国经济拖累全球经济增长的担忧加深，从而引起市场对黄金的避险保值需求，这在未来一段时间内或将成为黄金的有力支撑，从而助推金价逐步走高。
