期金现净空头 黄金继续承压
黄金期货市场2015年8月黄金期价7月24日收于每盎司1098.5美元，比前一交易日在上涨了9.1美元，涨幅为0.84%。白银期货上涨了0.08%，报14.71美元。
纽约金现净空头：美国商品期货交易委员会周五公布的周度报告显示，截至7月21日当周，对冲基金和基金经理大幅减持纽约金期货及期权净多头头寸，转而成为净空头合约11345手，为有史以来首次出现净空头状况。另外，周五ETF黄金持仓量再减少4.48吨，继续刷新2008年以来的最低持仓量。纽约金期货期权出现净空头情况，以及ETF黄金连续流出，均表明目前市场对黄金的需求低迷，对国际金价以看空为主，这或将继续使黄金承压，继而打压国际金价持续走软。
新屋销售不佳 但房市整体回暖：美国商务部周五公布的数据显示，美国6月新屋销售总数年化降至48.2万户，创去年11月以来最低。另外，美国商务部在报告中还称，在所统计的四大地区中，三个地区的新屋销售下滑。虽然该轮数据意外回落，但近期其他房地产数据表明，需求正在上升，且过往历史显示该数据具有较大波动与误差，此外，考虑到新屋销售在整个房地产市场占比较小，因此总体看来，目前美国整个楼市仍然复苏强劲，这再次为美联储加息提供了依据，利好美元，从而继续打压黄金。
